Process: I used a photo reference for the figure on the right, and used watercolor to finish the piece.
Idea: I would like to create a contrast between the bright side where the hider "hides" and the dark side where the seeker "seeks" using complementary colors. The hider standing in the light looks almost like she is "luring" the seeker to find her, meaning the desire of the true self to be found and the sudden uncertainty and the hesitation of the seeker.
