Material: procreate Process: layering out the color from light to dark using basic geometric shape Idea: To show how the astronaut is standing up high as if God is watching the overdeveloped city

Reference:  2001: A Space Odyssey   Material: Procreate, iPad Process: Using 2001: A Space Odyssey as reference, I created this piece by first drawing out the background with monotone colors to distinguish the foreground and background, then add on colors in order to emphasize the fire. And I used RGB curve to adjust the color. Idea: I want to reflect a sense of dissonance through primitive ape man's skillful use if tools and fire, emphasizing the advance of technology. I used the canvas size to the 2.35:1 movie ratio to show that this is a fictional story, and the subsequent works will also adopt this ratio as if they were from the same movie.

Material: Procreate Idea: How can I portray the history of a parallel civilization under overdeveloped technology without practicing human morality? How can an astronaut be a spectator of this chaotic history from another chaotic parallel world?  Space suits have always had a unique charm for me. They are the symbolization of both the future and darkness. They are the exact embodiment of science and technology on human bodies. They are the infants with uncut umbilical cords born into this boundless universe. They look clumsy and heavy, with a lot of messy fabric folds, yet also have so much precise mechanical structure. Oddly enough, I can see so much solemnness, mystery and uncanniness on space suits, which is why I think they are the perfect choice as a vehicle to guide people through this story. Process: I started with narrowing down my topic, then laid out the mind map. The two inspiration artists I picked were ERR03 and Water_Star, both are art students who had just graduated ...

Material : ipad Process: I spent most of my time thinking about composition for this piece, and ultimately chose to use the character's center of gravity to break up the frame by dividing the negative space into black and white. In the process of drawing, I paid special attention to the simplicity of the lines, especially on the right side of the picture I left as much blank space as it can has, so as to make the picture look more intuitive and vivid with the maximum dynamic. The visual guidance in this picture is not particularly obvious, But we can see the entire line where the two characters overlap as the focus point, emphasizing the integrating of the two. I did not traditionally use yellow or any other high saturated color to represent contrast and brightness because i didn't want to, partly because it would be more consistent with the color of the previous work, partly because i like to keep the simplicity and a melancholic tone in this picture. Idea:This drawing is in ...

Material: Ipad Process:i decided to use simple storyboards to convey a coherent action, including the seeker's expressions, surroundings and her purpose of action at the same time. Idea: Figure 1 shows the seeker's anxiety shuttling through the crowds and draws out her purpose, which is shown in Figure 2. Figure 2 shows more intuitively that the seeker goes against the crowd at this time by using a looking down view, trying to run towards the hider that she finally found (her purpose in Figure 1), who is left behind by the crowd alone. The reason I did not make shadows for the crowds is because it may take away attention of the two main characters in the picture.
